Registration should take around 15–20 minutes — not because we enjoy testing your patience, but because it allows you to book your registration, function tickets, and hotel all in one go. Future you will be delighted.
Registration fees are inclusive of 10% Australian GST.

*This category applies to physicians, professors, jurists, and other professionals who do not fall under any of the other listed registration categories.
Requirements
*Low Income Countries – We follow the World Bank classification list. Applicants from countries classified as low-income or lower-middle-income will be eligible, and this will be automatically filtered during registration.
**Students and Nurses – Proof of status is required at the time of registration. Please provide an official letter on your institution’s letterhead or a copy of your ID. Student rates are only available to full-time students.
Invitation Letter
If you require a Letter of Invitation to support your visa application, please indicate this during the registration process. We will issue the letter once your registration has been completed.

Privacy Policy
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, IFFS World Congress 2027 constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the organiser’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant’s or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes.
Payment Information and Restrictions
Payment must be received by the end of each registration deadline in order to receive the applicable rate. Registration rates will automatically change to the next registration rate if payment is not received in full.
Registration payments are accepted by credit card only. Please note that we are unable to accept wire transfer or cheque payments.
In accordance with current international sanctions and banking regulations, we are unable to accept any payments originating from the Russian Federation. We are also unable to accept wire transfers or cheque payments from Belarus, Cuba, Iran, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, North Sudan, the Syrian Arab Republic, Ukraine, or Zimbabwe.

Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations received in writing at the IFFS World Congress 2027 Congress Secretariat’s address by 19 March 2027 (23:59 GMT) will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a USD 165.00 administrative fee, in accordance with Committee policy.
Cancellations received after 19 March 2027 (23:59 GMT) will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is permitted by re-accessing the original delegate’s registration via the confirmation letter and replacing it with the new delegate.
No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Congress.
In the unlikely event that the Congress is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
