Requirements
Low Income Countries – We follow the World Bank classification list. Applicants from countries classified as low-income or lower-middle-income will be eligible, and this will be automatically filtered during registration.
Students and Nurses – Proof of status is required at the time of registration. Please provide an official letter on your institution’s letterhead or a copy of your ID.

Privacy Policy
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, IFFS 2027 constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the organiser’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant’s or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes.
Registration Rates
Payment must be received by the end of each registration deadline in order to receive the applicable rate. Registration rates will automatically change to the next registration rate if payment is not received in full.
Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations received in writing at the IFFS 2027 Congress Secretariat’s address by 12 May 2027 (23:59 GMT) will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a USD 150.00 administrative fee, in accordance with Committee policy.
Cancellations received after 12 May 2027 (23:59 GMT) will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is permitted by re-accessing the original delegate’s registration via the confirmation letter and replacing it with the new delegate.
No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Congress.
In the unlikely event that the Congress is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
