A video abstract is a structured visual presentation demonstrating a surgical or assisted reproductive technology (ART) procedure or technique. It should clearly showcase the methodology, key steps, and clinical or laboratory relevance, supported by a brief written summary outlining the purpose and key takeaways of the video.

1. Eligibility and Submission Limits

Presenting Author Limit
An individual may be listed as Presenting Author on two (2) abstracts only but can be co-author on any number of abstracts.
Co-Author Limit
Maximum 10 co-authors per abstract
2. Format & Content Requirements
Title
Maximum 15 words
Abstract Body
Maximum 500 words (excluding title and authors)
Mandatory Abstract Structure
Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusion
Images/Tables
Maximum 2 total (each counts as 100 words towards the 500-word limit)
Case Reports
Permitted but eligible for designation as poster only
Anonymous Review Requirement
Do NOT include author or institution names in the abstract body
Presentation Type
Must indicate preferred presentation type
