International Conference Services Ltd. is the official housing bureau for the International Federation of Fertility Societies (IFFS) 26th World Congress 2027 and will provide assistance with coordinating accommodation requirements for the Congress.
Special rates and complimentary amenities are available exclusively to delegates who book through the official housing bureau. While every effort has been made to secure the most competitive group rates, we cannot guarantee that more favourable rates will not become available directly from hotels at a later stage. We therefore encourage all sponsors and delegates to support the Congress by booking through the official housing bureau.

HOUSING PIRACY WARNING
WARNING: Please be aware of unauthorised housing companies. These organisations may contact delegates and sponsors claiming to offer hotel reservations for the Congress and may falsely state that they control room allocations. This is not the case.
Such companies often require non-refundable deposits at the time of booking, making it impossible to cancel reservations. In some instances, reservations are not made at all, despite payment being taken.

Rates are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are based on single or double occupancy. All rates include 10% GST and exclude breakfast.
Any applicable local tourism levies or optional surcharges may be payable directly at the hotel upon arrival. Room rates are subject to applicable taxes in effect at the time of the Congress.

Booking Deadline
The hotel booking deadline is 12 March 2027 (23:59 GMT), subject to availability. Rooms may sell out prior to this date.
Payment Policy for Individual Reservations
A credit card is required to secure your reservation; however, no charge will be made at the time of booking. The credit card must remain valid through May 2027 or later.
Important: The hotel will either charge the credit card directly on or before 16 March 2027 (30 days prior to check-in) or provide a secure payment link to complete the transaction. Credit card payments are subject to a transaction surcharge ranging from 1.10% to 1.95%, depending on the type of card used and the hotel selected. The transaction surcharge will be calculated on the total amount for the booking.
Delegates are responsible for ensuring that the payment is successfully processed.
If payment is declined and no response is received, the hotel may charge the card on file where a payment link has already been issued.

Cancellation or Shortening of Stay
Cancellations or reductions in length of stay must be received by 12 March 2027 (23:59 GMT), to avoid penalty charges, in accordance with hotel policy.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations after 12 March 2027 (23:59 GMT).
In the unlikely event that the Congress is cancelled, accommodation expenses will not be reimbursed.
